FLEET BROAD BAND

  • All felcom are the best, little bit on higher price but basically you get what you pay for. Services available in the entire n.america and parts of s.america. Easy diagnosis for trained service engineers to locate approriate faults if the need ever arise.

SSAS
  • Many independent companies have started to manufacture independent tracking and ssas systems, and ofcourse along with that they sell air-time and their equipments. Efficient internal makers admin.
  • They are just as reliable as any other major players. One of them who we represent is a very reliable maker from pakistan, (fml aka – falcon mega track) very economic, 24/7 live phone representation, robust equipments and extensive service coordination. Substantial discounts on air-time and various air-time programs.
  • We are sole sales and service providers for entire north and south america.

JRC AND FURUNO
  • Their newest model sat-c’s have inbuilt ssas and lrit and an option to purchase the additional kits with switches etc.
  • They also have a stand alone units available and work great. When configured with sat-c’s and as long as sat-c’ are working fine than they are fine. But if sat-c do fail than it becomes an emergency repairs to meet the regulations.
VDR & SVDR
  • Most reliable and rightly priced. Services barely needed but extensive coverage around the world. Good support for parts and reliability. Furuno
  • All felcom are the best, little bit on higher price but basically you get what you pay for. Services available in the entire n.america and parts of s.america. Easy diagnosis for trained service engineers to locate approriate faults if the need ever arise.

 

INMARSAT (GMDSS)
  • All makers are great
  • Only difference is one is slightly more expensive than the other, but that additional marginal difference in cost is due to systems available with additional feature. E.g.
  • Newest sailor/t&t sat-c’s are touch screen and the operation is as simple as it can get. Most customer are wondering why to have touch screen on vessel
  • But are known to be robust operation and touch screen works. All info is available on start-up screen. All makers have provided priveldges to add on/or configure ssas and lrit. Very good feature to have and save additionl extensive cablings etc. All sat-c’s are known to be a saviour for emergency and efficient vessel trading and operation specially when the ships fbb or server is not working and all commercial communications has come to halt. Hence suggest to invest little bit more and get the best. All sat-c’s antenna are needed to be installed in a position where it does not have shadow area from radar mast etc, this is a regulation and it is classified as life saving communication equipement.

SHIPS INTERCOM

Trade name speaks for itself. Best quality and most reliabile. Pioneered in the industry for many years, it is seldom observed any other makers. We are full sales and service providers of jotron talk back system namely phonetech.

VHF/DSC RADIO TELEPHONE

  • Here in usa we have extensive and very wide variety of commercial radios available. Some available with basic base station and several others with portable transportable hand held radios. Or all just portables for operation within as good as 1-2 miles. Prices vary from instrisincly safe to non-intrisincly safe, wattage, barttery life, lithium ion or non lithium ion and a whole lot more.
